When you contact a travel company they will offer you the best option that they can supply. Unfortunately this might not be the best option to suit your needs.

So Holiday Hut Ltd came up with the solution they call Travel Researcher. This is a consultancy service based on finding the best value solution for clients, not just the best value option that Holiday Hut or their contacts could supply. This gives you a truly independent service. Holiday Researcher specialises in all types of holidays.

Having someone build your own itinerary gives you the flexibility to travel the way you want and the freedom to mix the elements of your trip to suit you.

As Holiday Hut is independent, it is not tied to a particular tour operator, ensuring that the best value option is always presented to you.

Holiday Hut Ltd offers an independent and impartial travel service tailored to your individual needs.

All clients will receive a FREE initial consultation, either face-to-face, via email or over the telephone. This will help both parties to focus on finding the perfect solution for your trip by us understanding your requirements and what you are looking for from your holiday, and by you in understanding the service that we can provide.

How much does this service cost?

Every client has needs are different, so we do not have standard products or prices.

If you would like the Holiday Researcher to plan your trip or undertake some research for you, you'll receive written confirmation of the requirements as discussed, together with up to 5 different options or combinations of options.

You can then choose the one that best matches your requirements. Prices start from GBP25.

What happens if I would like to go ahead?

When you have made your choice an Order Confirmation is completed and a 50% deposit is made in advance. The initial search is performed, and at least 2 itineraries will be presented for you to consider.

These may contain:

• 2-3 choices for each element (hotel, car, flight, etc)
• Pricing for each element and these will be the best prices as a result of my search
• links to the websites for all options, for you to explore further
• total guideline pricing for your trip
   
  

Please note that all availability will be checked before you receive your itinerary choices.

Is it possible to change my requirements?

The discussion over the initial itineraries may result in the need for further research to fine-tune your choices.

For example, you decide that you want longer in a certain city, or to change the dates in the hope for better weather or to catch a local festival.

I'll explore the changes and present you with the final itinerary.  This may result in an increase in the cost.

How is the booking made?

Once the final itinerary has been presented, you are free to explore the recommendations at your leisure. All the information and contact details will have been provided, making it easy to go ahead with your own bookings.

Unless specifically requested due to your travel requirements, all options will offer consumer protection, such as ATOL.

We will not be responsible for any bookings carried out with companies other than Holiday Hut Ltd.
